medi -planner boxes (Each box costs $3-8 as a one time fee) - Dispensed in 2-week cycles
- Medications must be filled at Quality Care Pharmacy. We can use up medications from other pharmacies, but then have to transfer the prescription to Quality Care for liability reasons.
- Over the counter medication can be added to
medi -planners (OTCs must be purchased at Quality Care Pharmacy)
For the first fill of medi-planners, the patient will receive 3 full boxes. When 2 of those boxes are empty we will automatically deliver 2 full boxes and pick up the 2 empty ones. The patient will always keep one box which they are using during the week that 2 new boxes are delivered.
The first three months of filling service are free so that the patient can decide if the service is the right fit for them. After the free 3 month period, the patient will be charged $5.00 every 2 weeks upon delivery of full medi-planners.
All of the patient’s meds are kept in a sealed container at the pharmacy that has their name on it to ensure security and prevent any mistakes.
Each Medi-Planner will have the patient’s name and medication list on the bottom of the box.
